About Denis

My name is Denis Dashchenko, and my life's journey has been one of discovery and growth, shaped by experiences across continents and diverse cultures. I spent my early years in Ukraine, near Odesa, until 1998 when my family and I moved to the United States, starting in Rochester, NY.

I graduated from Smith-Cotton High School in Sedalia, MO, in 2000, and later pursued studies in Construction Management and CAD at South East Community College in Lincoln, NE, laying the groundwork for my career.

In the fall of 2006, I married my wonderful wife from Sioux Falls, SD, embarking on a journey filled with love and the joy of raising our five beautiful children - three boys and two girls. After living in various places across the U.S., including Rochester, Sedalia, Lincoln, Sioux Falls, and Portland, we found our perfect home in Charlotte, NC, in 2007.

Charlotte's unique blend of mountains and ocean resonated with us, providing the ideal balance for our family's diverse interests. In 2012, I started my own business, delving into entrepreneurship and experiencing the challenges and rewards of running a business firsthand.

In November 2020, I joined Keller Williams-Select as a real estate broker, serving North Carolina and South Carolina. It's been an honor to work for a company that values integrity and client satisfaction.

Over the past two years, I've achieved significant milestones in my real estate career, including being recognized as the Top Producer/Agent of my office for 2022 and 2023. Additionally, I was featured as the 2022 Top Agent in North Carolina Top Agent Magazine.
